Good on complications.,

If you need a textbook for medschool this is not what youre looking for. It has no information on normal pregnancy for example.
This book is good on pregnancy complications if thats all you need. it is not a compact version of the big book and can not be considered a "pocket version" of Williams Obstetrics.

I bought this book after finding it lying around on my unit. I work in very busy L&D unit as an RN. Williams Obstetrics is THE book to have and now you can have one to keep in your pocket, 'literaly'.
