I love a cookbook that has color pictures of EACH dish! Its nice to know what its supposed to look like. This cookbook has variety and makes complex interesting recipes easy for even a novice in the kitchen. I own them all and can't beleive I survived without them.

I do a lot of Italian cooking and have a fairly large assortment of recipies. Those contained in this book a very good (I can't say enough about them)and I have not see the likes of them elswhere. I highly recommed this book.

If you want to cook some nice Italian food, but you didn't marry into an Italian family, this is your book. I was considering "Essentials" but this is just right.

This book has some absolutely wonderful recipes. I've tried at least 5 so far and everyone loves the food.

I got this for my mom's 52nd birthday and she loves it. She tries out a different pasta just about weekly, and has only found one that she didn't absolutely love. Beautiful pictures, too!

This is an awsome book, it has fabulouse pictures of each and every recipie.
I would recomend this book to everyone whom likes italian cusine.

This is a fantastic book of recipies; however it's condition was sorely mis-represented. The book I recieved was rated very good (which generally means nearly new & clean), and this book was severely water damaged and in extremely POOR condition.

I ordered this book 4 June 2010 and still haven't received it as of yet and it's the 6th of July. Granted the shipping estimation dates are almost the entire month of July. Why would I order a book and not want it right away? I am using a P.O. Box but come on people, there's no reason stated for the shipping time to be this long. Of course you won't know for sure the estimated shipping dates until after your transaction has been completed regardless of what shipping type you select. I obviously can't speak for the quality of the book as I have not received it. Be warned if you want this book and use priority shipping, you may be waiting for a while.
