This book has awesome recipes with real food in it! I'm so tired of "gourmet" recipe books that have inedible foods that aren't quick and easy. Most recipe books have items I've never even heard of! I am by no means a great chef, so I enjoy a book that makes sense to me with yummy and healthy foods. This is it!

I love this cookbook, it has simple recipes that don't require super extravagant ingredients. It's not large, but it has some really great recipes. My favorite is the sweet potato curry!

I have only made one of the recipes in this book so far, but it was so good it makes the book worth while. It was a white bean and Swiss chard soup, but what really made it was the mushroom stock that was used in it--part of another recipe. Just amazing is all I can sy.
