Fabulous Party Ideas!
I purchased this book after only getting a few minutes to peruse it at the book store. It's even better than I remembered! It has wonderful color photos with decorating ideas, themes, and a few recipes for each theme party. They have gorgeous photos of cakes, but no directions on how to decorate the cakes in the photos - so if you're looking for that...

Williams-Sonoma Kid's Party book
It was ok, but not very good instructions about how to accomplish most of the stuff . . . i.e. diy!

I purchased this book after only getting a few minutes to peruse it at the book store. It's even better than I remembered!
It has wonderful color photos with decorating ideas, themes, and a few recipes for each theme party. They have gorgeous photos of cakes, but no directions on how to decorate the cakes in the photos - so if you're looking for that feature, look elsewehere. However, if you're pretty comfortable in the kitchen and with entertaining in general, this book is a gem. Especially when coming up with fresh ideas for children's parties with kid friendly food and fun.

This book is very versatile. I use this for kid's party's and have made a few of the recipes at other family events. Easy to follow and great pictures as well.

nice book but all of the recipe measurement conversions are wrong, ie cups to ounces is incorrect in all of recipes I viewed!
