This cookbook is filled with wonderful pasta recipes. The cookbook is a hard cover book with dynamic and colorful photos. It has 108 pages, and it is published by Time-Life Books and produced and printed in China.

The cookbook is divided into twelve (12) small sections: introduction, equipment, dried pasta shapes, making fresh pasta, making filled pasta, cooking and storing pasta, dried pasta, fresh pasta filled pasta, and molded pasta. It also has a glossary and index.

The equipment section not only gives you a list of supplies and cooking tools to prepare pasta, but it also shows you numbered photos of each tool. So, if you can't pronounce it or you don't know what the tool is you get a photo for reference.

The dried pasta section gives you a list, description, and numbered photos of each type of dried pasta combination, e.g., manicotti, penne, farfalle, and rotelle, etc. There are over 29 different types of dried pasta listed here.

The fresh pasta making section gives you step-by-step directions and photos for the preparation of fresh pasta. The filled pasta section shows you how to prepare savory stuffing for stuffed pasta.

The recipes include a variety of specialty pasta dishes that are made with dried, fresh, and molded pasta, e.g., rigatoni with white beans and tomatoes, linguine with potatoes and rosemary, gemelli with four cheeses, fresh basil papperdelle, tagliatelle with sweet and sour vegetable ragout, Linguine and shrimp tart, and so many more.
