I LOVE these shoes. I get compliments on them all the time. The only problem with them is that they are REALLY hard when you get them, so break them in like dance shoes-beat them up a little. They will eventually stretch and breathe because they're leather. And they can be re-soled, so if you take care of them, they'll last a long time.

I had mentioned to the vendor that the shoelaces for this shoe were too short. For a pair of shoes that cost $75 you would expect at least that much. I never received a response to my email.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Willet's Saddle Oxfords! They are perfect! Exactly what I wore as a young girl in Jr. High. I get nothing but complements! I love them so much I'm going to buy another pair!! xo

THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD. I FORGOT TO UP DATE MY ADDRESS CAUSE WE HAD MOVED SINCE I ORDERED LAST. AFTER I CALLED UPS AND CHANGED TO ADDRESS THE DELIVERY WENT WITHOUT A HITCH. THE SHOES ARE TERRIFIC. INFACT THEY ARE JUST AS I REMEMBER AS A KID.

I'm rating the customer service as being 5 star. The shoes were purchased for my granddaughter who just had to have saddle shoes. Unfortunately,she has a very wide foot and most of the favorites do not fit her. This was the case here. The shoes were beautiful but, as usual, there were not wide enough for her foot. I contacted the company, they responded immediately with a postage-paid sticker for return shipping. I sent them back by UPS and the company acknowledge receipt of the shoes when they received them. Refund was returned to my credit card within a few days. I couldn't have asked for better service from a company.

These shoes are SO worth the price. Better to buy the real deal than some knock off.
