Editorial Reviews

Review

The volume discusses, illustrates, and analyzes baskets in three media. It is well written . . . has excellent pictures of basketmakers at work, as well as of the baskets themselves from many collections. --Pennsylvania German Society

It will appeal to collectors elsewhere because of the similarity with basket traditions and techniques in other parts of the country. --Antique Collecting
