I bought this angel for myself at the hospital gift store. My son died, and I got to hold him once, and this angel reminds me of that time. I am now buying it for a friend who also lost a baby but got to hold him once. If you ever find yourself in this situation, or find a friend in this situation, please remember that tangible reminders of the baby mean very much.

I bought this for myself when I was pregnant with our first child. I wanted to look at it and imagine what it would be like once our son was actually here in my arms. As soon as my husband saw it he broke down into tears. I didn't realize he would be moved so much by a figurine. Willow Tree really makes products that can touch anyone's heart.

Like the other reviewer I also received this for my 1st Mother's Day and it was an absolutely perfect gift! Very meaningful and sentimental - can't believe my husband came up with the idea on his own (well....perhaps he didn't)!!

I purchased this figurine for my aunt who had lost her baby/pregnancy at 16 weeks. I liked the term "Angel of Mine" to represent her loss. The card also says "So loved, so very loved". My aunt loved it and we cried and it is a beautiful representation of little Maggie!

I bought this for a first time mom for Christmas. It is a wonderful gift that reminds her of the bond her and her little girl share. It sits over looking her daughter's crib.

I was looking for a gift for my mother who has been helping me with my newborn daughter. This was the perfect gift!

This is a beautiful Willow Tree figure and very meaningful to a new mother. There is a sweet tenderness shown in this piece.

Not sure why this asked some of the ratings as this is not a toy. Great figurine, Bought for my wife and our first child. Shipped fast, priced cheap, and arrived in mint condition.
