I bought this for my 2001 PT Cruiser, which had a dent on the door panel. It pulled the dent out on the first try. for the price you cant beat it, it is a very powerful suction cup. I was very satisfied. It doesn't, however, work on dents on an angular surface, it has to be used on a relativly smooth area.

Not strong enough to pull dents,

I found that this style of suction cup is not strong enough to pull dents. The ones with the swiveling handles or the screws have more power than this. When I used this style, the suction cup would just come off before the dent came out. Yes this style costs less but it's a waste of money if it doesn't work. Spend a little more to get one that is more powerful and will have a better chance of working.

This was well worth its price. It worked like a charm. Couldn't belive the amount of money I saved in buying this little guy compared to the estimate I got to repair the dent on my car.

I tried this product (because it was cheap) on a small dent on my new Altima. This dent was a result of some bozo banging against my door in a parking lot and then scampering. Anyway, the suction cup is completely useless, however many times you try to suck the dent out. It has suction but nowhere strong enough to pull a metal dent out. Also, they sent my a cup that looked much used and abused, as against the shiny picture they put on Amazon's website. Don't waste your money.

A waste,
This review is from: Wilmar W1028 Suction Cup Dent Puller
It didn't work at all, the suction cup is too big, and it can only get suction on a flat surface. It probably won't do anything for dents smaller than a softball.

Give it 12 - 15 tries, and it might work,
This review is from: Wilmar W1028 Suction Cup Dent Puller
So I got hit in a parking lot by an old man and saw the big dent in my car, but felt bad for him so I let him go. Dent was sizable, maybe the size of my hand or so. I bought this suction cup about 5 days later at my local autoparts store, and used it the first time.... nothing. I would finally get a suction (difficult on a curved surface) and get a good pull, then it would just pop off without the dent moving.I must have done that 12 or 15 times before finally...POP! 85% of my dent came out on that pull. After that, I still had a small dent dead center that I don't think I'm getting anytime soon. I will need something smaller, like Pops-A-Dent for that one. But in general, if you have the patience (and the finger strength!) then this may work for you.

For small dents with little or no creases this si the best. It's inexpensive and verssatiile you can suction it on pull with tremendous force and move it around to pop out dents. Works great for the right type of dent, one that has been pushed in and needs to be popped out. The price and delivery was excellent.
