The title of this book is very misleading. Will information begins 1878 and marriage information at 1876. There is nothing prior to those dates. It does include good information on very early deeds - late 1700's; although one deed I was interested in was missed in the name index (I just happened to find it). I'm sure this was a labor of love and very time consuming - it's just unfortunate that this title was chosen.
