This is AC/DC power supply for Wilson In-Building Amplifiers. Keep a spare in office or home. Excellent addition for those having a vehicle amplifier but also want it to use in home or office. Just buy another set of inside and out side antenna and carry your amplifier around. The use of radio distribution equipment that enhances, extends or amplifies a wireless signal may be prohibited without the consent of the wireless carrier upon whose network such equipment will be used. You should consult with your carrier before purchasing such equipment to use with that carrier's service.

The adapter that I received from Amazon was not from Wilson Electronics but from Jentec Technology with looks like a cell phone charger.
