5.0 out of 5 stars great product
This is a great product.Easy to set up and will take a lot of abuse. My daughter uses it for pitching and batting practice and I use it to practice my golf swing. It is very large so it can contain even the wildest pitches. For the price I highly recomend it.

Difficult to set up!
Netting rips far too easily...
Avoid this item!
Be sure to look for something that has hassle free set up and also water resistent nylon netting thats tough!

I didn't think it was difficult to set up but it clearly isn't designed well. The target that hangs inside the cage doesn't actually fit. And..... the netting doesn't stop the balls. How's that for a good product. 1 out of 5 balls rips right through the net.

Buy anything else.

2.0 out of 5 stars Sports net, January 17, 2007

Unfortunately, this product did not live up to our expectations. It did not last one full season. The bottom braces not reinforced very well.

2.0 out of 5 stars Balls will rip through it, June 7, 2007
This review is from: Wilson Golf Multi Sport Cage Net (Sports)
1. Impact on the tarp is very loud -- especially in an enclosed garage.

2. I missed the tarp slightly and the ball ripped through, puttting a hole in my garage wall.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great for the price., November 2, 2006
This review is from: Wilson Golf Multi Sport Cage Net (Sports)
Despite the other reviews, I found this net to be perfect for practicing in the back yard. If you don't shank them, you don't have to worry about the balls going through the net. My six year old doesn't even hit them through it. The net is not designed to keep balls in, that's why they go through, you are supposed to hit the balls into the HUGE black target area and they drop right to the ground. If you're a 1/2 way decent golfer and can keep a ball on target for the 6 feet you are away from the net, it's great.
And finally, if you can set up a tent you can step up the net with ease.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wilson Golf Net - Outstanding Product!!!!!!, August 22, 2008
This review is from: Wilson Golf Multi Sport Cage Net (Sports)
I purchase the Wilson Golf net and I hit 80-100 golf balls a day into it. It has already saved me a lot of money hitting in my backyard rather than going to a range - terrific product and I would highly recommend this golf net for any golfer. I also hope to use the net for baseball pitching and hitting practice for my t-ball son.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don't waste your time or money!, June 20, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Wilson Golf Multi Sport Cage Net (Sports)
Bought this for my kids. My son is a pitcher/quarterback and my daughters play field hockey and softball (pitcher's) as well. We used to have one of these nets that went through all of my 6 children's various activities that held up well. It was called "SKLZ Catch-All-Net" but I am not sure who it was made by. The net lasted 3 years, and for our family, that is an eternity! This particular Wilson net lasted all of about 3 weeks and looked like it was through a tornado! Take your time to find a better net, preferrably the one mentioned above (SKLZ Catch-All-Net)... Especially if you want it to last more than a week! I would have given this negative stars if I could have..

Was extremely disappointed with the net. Was especially difficult to set up by myself, expensive, and because I was looking for convenience I left it standing once I got it secured. Literally rotted after about a week. Sad lesson learned. Looks like they went with the cheapest materials available. At least they got a little profit out of me before I cut them loose forever. Nice job, Wilson.
