I have used a few different racquets lately, and I honestly couldn't tell you the difference between this $17 one with it's Volcanic Frame Technology and the $50 NANO CARBON racquets with the molecular matrix of high modulus graphite fibers and Nano-sized Silicon Dioxide crystals. I think VFT is very underrated in the marketplace. If you're looking for good bang for your buck I would not overlook this one. It comes in red, too, which was what I was actually looking for. (The VFT was sort of a bonus, in my eyes!)EDIT - if I could change the star rating, I would change it to a 3. It's okay for a beginner's racquet. I have discovered much better ones since.

I bought 2 of these for my [...] son and I to learn to play tennis together. Overall, we are both very satisfied ... very light, easy to manage for beginners. Very good value!

I am a beginner tennis player and didn't know what to look for in a racket. I purchased the Wilson Impact Tennis Racket and I have to say that I am very pleased with it. It is very lightweight and easy to swing. The head of the racket is a little wider than most which makes it easier to hit the ball. I would definitely recommend this to someone who doesn't want to spend too much but still wants a nice product.

Bought 2 of these for my husband & I to play, more for the fun and fitness than for the competitive sport. They are perfect for our needs and I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid, comfortable, lightweight tennis racket. This racket may not meet the needs of a serious player.

Im a begginer playing tennis and I selected this racquet based on the reviews and it was and excellent choice, is has great quality materials. The only advice that I can give you is to be carefull when selecting the grip size, an incorrect choice can affect your gaming a lot, tipe ''measuring grip size'' in google and measure your size.

I read moxed reviews on this racket, but as it was so cheap I thought it might be worth a try. Well, it just goes to prove that you get what you pay for.Horrible vibrations with almost every hit of the ball and a very tinny feel. Don't waste your money.

After years of playing casual tennis with yard sale racquets, I decided to buy "real" ones. I expected to pay up to $100 for a metal one, but was pleasantly surprised to find these for about $18. Works fine for me!
