Nice grip but......,

This review is from: Wilson (K)ontrol Replacement Grip (Sports)
I like Wilson's K-grip better because it's thicker, softer, and has subtle ridges that gives a more secure grip with less grip effort, at least for me. I purchased the (K)ontrol grip first because I didn't see the K-grip on Amazon, and couldn`t find either of the grips at the local sports stores. I like the rubber feel of both grips but I felt the need to use a tack cloth with the (K)ontrol grip (unlike the other reviewers) because after the first few sets the slight tacky feel seemed to subside which caused me to grip the racquet harder than I wanted to. That issue may have been caused more from me using a smaller handle/grip size than is traditionally recommended, so if your grip size is just how you like this probably won't be something to consider. I read a few reviews from players who commented about the K-grip adding too much to the diameter of the grip which was something that I liked. I've only been using the K-grip for a couple of weeks but so far I haven't felt the need to use a tack cloth or an over-grip. One strong point for the (K)ontrol grip over the K-grip is that the bevels on the handle are more defined and it's a little easier to feel the bevels when switching from forehand to backhand or vise versa. One caveat is that I didn't start using either of the grips until the weather cooled down so I haven't experienced how either would do if I was sweating a lot. Personally I don't think you can go wrong with either grip but just keep in mind that the K-grip will probably add slightly to the handle diameter whereas the (K)control grip shouldn't and it will be smoother, and firmer than the K-grip . Lastly, I'm only a 2.5-3.0 player and fairly new to the game and have only used a few different over-grips prior to trying these two grips. Hope this helps

It has a very sticky feel to it. I usually buy the wilson sponge grip because it is thicker but this one is nice. Its easy to put on. Would recommend

Excellent grip. Provide excellent control with tacky feel. No matter how strong you hit the ball, it helps you to strongly grip the racket and make it hard to incorrectly twist.
I hope there was 6 stars so I can give one more for Midwest sports. Excellent shipping (very fast) and packaging. 2115|R1RP69W3TK8MJP;2115|R10IZS1Q3M8D88;2115|RFPSA6G4JJOAJ;
