I bought this ball for my daughter so that she wouldn't use her Wilson NCAA indoor ball outside. This outdoor ball has very little grip and the ridges are flat. My son owns, and I would recommend, the Spalding Street ball instead.

I have a old pavement driveway and this ball works great on it. I'm no expert, but I'm sure there's better indoor basketballs out there, but as an outdoor ball it works great for me. Its priced nicely also.

My son loves Basketball and was thrilled with this. We got it on sale so Mommy liked it even more. It is not quite full size but not quite for "babies" so it is perfect for him to grow with.
