My son had surgery on his ears and needed to wear a headband to keep his ears back close to his head and this headband did just that. It wasn't too tight and wasn't too loose. He even slept with it and it stayed in place - and the cute Spongebob decal was a huge hit with him - thanks for making such a great product!
