Works great!,

This tool worked perfectly when replacing the cleats on my Addidas shoes. The brush was useful in cleaning out the sockets before placing the new cleats on the shoes. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of replacing my cleats.

Breaks Easily,

The 2 prong cleat bit is VERY weak - a prong broke on first use on the 3rd cleat. I gave this item 2 stars, just because the handle is somewhat ergonomic, the brush is convenient, and it looks like the bits can be used by a drill/other screw drivers...

Worked great on the first cleat I removed but on the second one it broke. I admit the cleat was tight and I used a lot of force but I didn't expect one of the pins that goes into the cleat to break off. I'll stick with using a pair of needle nose pliers.

Well made and works like a charm, even on some spikes I had neglected for a long time

Flimsy construction and rachet mechanism broke after a few uses. Definitely not worth the money. No comparison to the Softspikes Cleat Kaddy which I recently purchased to replace this item. The cleat removal adapter on the wilson slipped off repeatedly in use whereas the Softspikes Cleat Kaddy digs right into the cleat and doesn't slip at all.

The ratchet portion is quite useless if you're using it to remove old cleats. My cleats has not been replaced since I bought my shoes; thus over the course of play have worn down and collected mud/dirt in them. You need to exert a massive amount of brute force and leverage to remove those old cleats. I didn't bother using the two prong tool as I didn't think it would give me enough leverage to remove the old cleats. While the ratchet is nice, it doesn't have enough force to remove the cleats. I ended up removing the cleats the old fashion way, pressing straight into the cleat (with the ratchet off) and force the cleats out one at a time. It was quite a workout.
Adding the cleats was not as bad - the ratchet came in handy. But I still applied some force by pressing straight into the shoe to make sure I've secured the cleat. I've not played since so I can't report on how well the cleats stayed in. I've a pair of footjoys and was replacing them with Pulsar fast twists. On the side note, the brush was a nice touch. There is a recessed area to hold the second bit. However, the first bit keeps falling out of the tip.

Junk. Plugged it into my cleat, and within five seconds the pin broke. Spend your money on something that has at least a few ounces of quality in it.

DON"T EVEN BOTHER USING THIS TO REMOVE OLD "FAST TWIST" SPIKES!!!!. just like others, one of my 2 prongs broke instantly. after doing some research on-line i ended up not even using this tool to remove my "Fast Twist" soft spikes. i used a pair of needle-nose pliers and some tweezers. this tool was only helpful for putting the new spikes on my shoes. Its not the tool's fault. its the design of the spikes themselves. you'll know what i mean when you decide to replace your own spikes. the "fast twist" style is an oxymoron.

This device broke the second time I used it. Not for getting stuck cleats out of a golf shoe
