4.0 out of 5 stars Great all-court racquet, July 13, 2008

This is a great mid-level racquet, especially for the price. It is well balanced (slightly head-heavy) and lightweight. It is a good racquet for someone who wants to transition to something a bit more professional-caliber. However, moving from a larger (100+) head size to the 95 can be a bit difficult at first.

The nTour series has since been replaced by the Wilson k-factor line, but they still be found easily. It comes pre-strung a little tight, causing the racquet to feel a little stiff at first.

Overall, a very complete all-court racquet for players of all levels.

4.0 out of 5 stars Wilson a Winner, July 6, 2009
This review is from: Wilson nCode nTour Two 95 Tennis Racquet (Misc.)
Have played with the Wilson 7 or 8 times, at first used it as a back-up,it felt a little light on serve and I was to quick. With a slight adjustment used this to my advantage. This has become my game racguet, great control and
speed at a great price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Mid-SizeRacket, August 31, 2009
I wanted to upgrade my game, since I had been using the same racket since 2002: Prince Fusion. A friend of mine let me borrow his Prince Bandit, and I almost bought that from him. I just didn't like the power from that racket, and frankly it was too light. I was having to over-hit it to get the power I wanted.

So I took myself down to Dick's and looked at a lot of rackets. One of the rackets that was in my price range was the Wilson nCode nTour 95. It weighs several OZ more than my old racket and the Bandit, and the Wilson gut strings were strung very tight. It has a SLIGHTLY smaller head than both the Prince rackets, but the entire head is a sweet spot. I have never served harder, and my forehand has never been better. Power and accuracy are very good, if you get used to the slightly smaller head.

Let's talk spin: The one thing I cannot do with this racket is my killer forehand spin into my opponents body. I never had an issue with the Prince or Pro Kennex rackets I used to use. After 3 months of using this racket, I have almost stopped trying to do that. On the other hand my drop volleys and back hand spinners are deadly. While I am a baseline player, I have total confidence in my volleys at the net.

The only real cons of this racket is its slightly heavier and the smaller head. Otherwise I have more power and accuracy than ever with my nCode nTour.

This product surprised me, it is much better than I supposed to. I thought I had buying just another racket but it is well balance, improve my power and almost doesn't vibrate.
I really recommend this product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great racquet!, November 26, 2008
This review is from: Wilson nCode nTour Two 95 Tennis Racquet (Misc.)
I am so pleased with my purchase. I was worried to buy a racket online before trying it, but as soon as I started playing with it, I felt the difference. Great power and control...my groundstrokes improved and also my serve. I highly recommend this racket, especially for those in a intermediate-advanced level.

This is a nice racquet, especially for the price. Solid frame and a nice feel on the court. Very light.
