Better kits out there,

Most gingerbread house kits I've used come with a plastic tray to hold the pieces in place while the icing hardens, but this one only comes with a flat piece of cardboard, which doesn't work at all. If you buy this kit, don't add the amount of water they recommend, it makes the icing way too runny, which makes holding the house together even harder. I guess all kits aren't created equal.
