I bought this 3D train cake pan to make my son a Thomas the Train 3D cake for his 3rd b-day. The cake itself turned out great once I made some adjustments to the suggested cook time. I only had to cook 2 cakes for it to come out right. (I don't bake much.) The only real downfall for this product is where the hole is located to "check" to see if it's done. It's at a shallow location. So, when I checked to see if it was done, it showed it was. Unfortunately, it was the deeper part of the cake that wasn't done and I had no way of knowing until I took the cake pans apart.

Pros: If you, or someone you love, likes trains... this form is great.

Cons: Didn't come with the cake already in it. (Only kidding)

I love to bake cakes. I especially love to make cakes for children's birthdays. When someone asked me for a train, I never thought that I would find a 3-D one! This cake pan was excellent. The cake baked evenly, and filled both sides well. It stood unassisted and even make it through a 25 minute car ride with lots of hills and turns. I would highly recommend this!
