Jumbo muffins are great but don't limit this wonderfully sized pan to only that.

Not terrible for the price, but I wish I would have paid the extra few dollars to get a pan that is one solid piece. Each muffin cup has a crack surrounding it and every time you bake something, food will get stuck in there. The point of a nonstick pan is to avoid spending extra time cleaning. Other than that, the non-stick qualities are great so far. Muffins slide right out, leaving nothing behind. Other than the cracks, it was extremely easy to clean. Unfortunately, these positives don't outweigh the hassle of cleaning out 12 circles of crud.

I've been using Wilton products for years and usually their quality is acceptable. This muffin pan however, isn't. If you take a close look at the blow up you will notice that rather than being pressed out of a solid piece of aluminum, like the decades old model in my kitchen, this much newer model is formed in several pieces - a top and then 12 separately formed cups. Look carefully and you'll see a fine crack right around the top where the cups join the top.

You'll see it even better if you bake in it. Yesterday I produced the contents of a bake sale for Relay For Life in about 3 hours after my daughter forgot to buy vanilla the night before. In the process I used every muffin pan in the house. Today I got around to washing it all. The antique all-in-one piece version is immaculate and back in the cupboard, ready to bake. This Wilton pan has a fine line of embedded grit/grease/chocolate batter permanently embedded in that crack. Non-stick or not, it is miserable to clean.

I know that Wilton is not the only muffin tin maker who has taken to this bright idea. Move heaven and earth to find a one-piece muffin tin, even if you must pay three times the price. You'll save every penny in aggravation!

I bake a lot, and much of my baking tins are by Wilton, so I didn't have any doubt when I placed my order; plus, I was excited that it had a lid, which would allow me to transport my baked goods without moving them to a different container. However, the FIRST time I used it, one side "melted," so that the edge bent down and the lid no longer would fit. It was only in an oven of 350 degrees, so I was surprised that the pan deformed so easily. Otherwise, I did like that it cleaned nicely, and I used cooking spray to ensure that there was no sticking; however, without the lid being able to fit on, it defeated the purpose of having it. Will have to go back to transporting my goodies in a separate container.....

I wrote in another review that I have been upgrading to Wilton products over the years after having to toss other baking pans. I recently got this mini muffin pan and LOVE it! Very easy clean up and once you get the hang of the small portions it is so fun to use. I have made cupcakes, muffins, and brownie bites--very perfect size for people to just eat a little something. My next projects will be little cheesecakes, quiches, and stuffed mushrooms.

There are also TONS of cute papers you can buy for these with themes for various holidays or just save money and buy the plain white. I have used and enjoyed this more than I thought I would and highly recommend it!

(PS if you have Amazon Prime this ships free. Another huge plus for people who don't live near a store that carries specialty items)

I was looking for a pan to make those popular monster sized cupcakes and I found this one. So far I've only made huge corn muffins, they came out beautifully. This is a high quality pan at a very reasonable price, I have a big set of high end pricy bakeware from a fancy chain, this pan performs as good, if not better than my other stuff.

Jumbo muffins are great but don't limit this wonderfully sized pan to only that. I use these to make meat stuffed buns. They are a perfect portion sized meal and by purchasing the Hodgson Mill bread mix also offered by Amazon, I have really saved money on hot lunch treats for my husband. I also used these to make individual pumpkin pies at Christmas. They turned out perfect. The pan has a nice weight and is durable. The nonstick coating seems to work very well. I had another one of these pans by a different maker and the coating gave out by the third time I used it. This one has been in use much longer now, looks good as new and functions like new too.

I bought this pan to replace a low-end, supposedly non-stick pan which no longer was working, which has generally been my experience with the very cheap pans I've used. I've used the Wilton pan just a few times but so far so good. I am particularly pleased that it released blueberry muffins twice already, because of the muffins I bake, those have tended to be the most problematic so far as sticking to pans. Sure, there were some darkened blueberries left in the cups but they cleaned up easily. You can see my photo of the pan - and the blueberry muffins! - under customer photos. I'm giving this 4 stars now only because I want to see how it continues to perform over time.

I bought two of these pans at my local bakery store. I have only used them once, but I was very happy with them. My only complaint is that at there is sort of a rim around the top where each of the cupcakes sit and the batter/cooked cake gets stuck in there, but a little scrub with a soapy toothbrush works just fine. The entire pan cleaned up so very easily. Also, the pan is study (which I like) but not heavy. I would definitely recommend this mini pan to a friend.
