The oversized handles measure 1.5 inches each adding 3 inches to the pan making it 20 9/16 x 12 3/4. It's a very heavy pan and perfect for baking cookies because it weighs 2.35 pounds.

This pan is much better than I thought it would be. Cookies don't burn
they brown evenly. Pan is much sturdier than I thought it would be.
I definitely would recommend this pan to all.

Very nice piece of bakeware! High quality, great value!

we wanted another wilton pan to match two we already had. this one was supposed to be the right size. to our surprise, it was about a half inch larger in both directions, allowing the older pans to easily nest or fit inside this one and slide around a tiny bit.
It's a great pan with a great finish to have cookies and veggies not stick to the surface, just a tad larger than it states. If i could convince my spouse to upgrade the other two older wilton pans we have to this one, we'd have one killer baking set!
Excellent product though.

These pans are horrible. They warped the first time I used them in the oven and stayed warped after cooling. The product description states, "Commercial weight construction prevents warping..." So much for truth in advertising. I bought two so I wasted $32. DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS ITEM!

I purchased this product based upon all 5-star reviews and a product description that included the words, ..."Commercial Weight Construction Prevents Warping...." While it doesn't specifically state it will not warp, that's what it implies. Not so! It does warp. However, having said that, it is still a very good price for the pan and I'll keep it.
