5.0 out of 5 stars Great way to dress up treats!
These pans are a great way to dress up cookies, brownies or cereal bars. I definitely recommend spraying the pan with a non-stick cooking spray to help with the release. Depending on the medium that you are working with, it's sometimes difficult to insert a stick. Don't bake with the sticks inserted for too long or you will burn the stick. You will need to insert...

1.0 out of 5 stars Very disappointed!
I know that I am not a professional baker, but I usually don't have this much trouble in my kitchen. I had this great idea of making a flower pot cake with cookie flowers coming out of the top for my daughter's birthday. Try as I might, I could not keep the majority of the cookies from falling off the sticks, and the ones that stayed in place looked awfully fragile. I...

You will need to insert during the last 1/3 of cooking time or right when the treats come out of the oven. Candy melts are a good way to secure the stick if it needs reinforcing. I have these in an assortment of sizes and they work wonderfully. No complaints here!

1.0 out of 5 stars Very disappointed!, July 21, 2011
This review is from: Wilton Blossom Cookie Treat Pan, 3 1/2 in. diameter x 1/4 Inch Deep. (Kitchen)
I tried putting extra dough on top of the sticks, but the dough becomes concave as it bakes and the sticks do not stay in. The directions say to fill the flower forms 1/8 inch from the top, which won't technically really cover the sticks anyway. I feel as if the sticks should be inserted deeper into the cookies, which are really thick (kind of like cookie cakes). I used the cookie mix recommended in the directions, which did taste great. I wish I could take the tray back, but I've used it about 5 times now. By the way, I never write reviews. Now I have to head back to the store for flower cookie cutters and I'll use wooden skewers to be the stems.... Wish I had just tried that in the first place.
