You do not have to temper it, it's hard to mess up, even for a beginner like me, and it even tastes good. This is great stuff for making chocolate designs for cakes, desserts, etc.

Very Yummy!
Very tasty and easy to work with. Used these to make chocolates for a party and they were a huge hit! Everyone kept telling me how good they tasted! Definitely buying these again
