This is a really cute pan, perfect for Halloween. It's not quite as non-stick as I would like. With some of the knooks and crevices in the designs, little bits of cookie get left behind. Overall they come out fairly clean, and they do cook evenly. My kids really like this pan!

Like the other reviewer, I found that the cookie dough (purchased chocolate chip) stuck somewhat. A quick spray of some kind of Pam solves the problem. I lowered the heat 25 degrees and watched the baking time of the first batch carefully, then just used that calculated cookie time for the following batches. I had to press a thin layer of cookie dough in the complete design. The cookies would rise somewhat, but not spread to the edges of the design. I tried brownie mix, but found that it worked better in the deeper "cakelette" pans than are also available. A good buy in my opinion. I am thinking of doing jello jigglers next year.
