I was having the same issues as some other users...outsides were cooking longer and the middle sunk in. Then i tried the sugar cookie recipe that came with the cookie sheet and it worked like a charm. Cookies came out evenly cooked and super easy to make. It saves soooo much time rather than doing it with the cutters and they come out perfectly shaped...my kids loved it! I will def. be getting more of these pans for the other holidays.

I didn't buy this for cookies, I bought this to melt down crayons inside to use as stocking stuffers. Each well holds 4 crayons, at 225 for 10 mins, they melt down, and within 10 minutes pop right out. They are detailed and very cute.

I have no idea how anyone can give this pan a bad review. The cookie recipe is amazing and the cookies come out light and chewy every time. I have the Christmas and Halloween pan and have never had a problem with either. It's not hard to press the dough into the pan and as long as you spray with cooking spray, the cookies come right out.

Pros:

-Nicely built pan.

-Nonstick layer works fine, although you do have to bang the cookies out a bit. I just rubbed light olive oil in the molds before using.

-You get the general shape of many cookies. Some show more detail than others.

-Included sugar cookie recipe tastes pretty good.

Cons:

-Cookies do not just pop right out. Sometimes you need to bang the back of the pan really hard to get them to fall out.

-You can barely see the details of the cookies so it basically defeats the purpose of using the pan.

Conclusion: It is a decent nonstick pan, but the moldings do not show enough detail. I will probably stick to using cookie cutters.

The reason this did not work is the image did not show on the cookie. The recipe was great. They came out of the pan easily but no image on the cookie. Some people had said this was a problem so I researched how to work with this cookie sheet. Found website of someone that said they had got it to work by using the recipe on the back (which I did), spraying with Pam, (which I did), use small amount of dough so it is not filled to the top, patting in starting at the center - none of this worked. I made 2 batches but neither worked. Used the rest of the dough by rolling it out and using cookie cutters. Those were great. I would not recommend this pan to anyone.

I'M A LONG-TIME BAKER. HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS PAN, BUT THE COOKIES WERE RAW IN THE CENTER, AND WHEN I ADDED MORE BAKING TIME, THEY JUST GOT "MORE DONE" OUTSIDE, BUT REMAINED GOOEY IN THE CENTER. PLUS IT TAKES FOREVER TO "STUFF" THE DOUGH INTO THE LITTLE CREVICES. AND IF ANY DOUGH IS OUTSIDE THE EDGES, YOU GET THAT RIM ON THE COOKIES. ALSO, YOU IF YOU HAVE ONLY ONE OF THESE PANS AND YOU WANT TO MAKE LOTS OF COOKIES, IT TAKES FOREVER. FAR TOO FUSSY AND INEFFICIENT FOR ME. IT WOULD TAKE FOREVER TO DO WITH CHILDREN.

I wanted make great looking 3D cookies. well, the 3D effect isnt working as the shapes are not dramatic enough. the cookies rise in the middle so the bottom side of cookies cant be flat. the middle of the cookies is always not done. the shapes should be bigger and flatter. I will never use this again i guess.

I'm an experienced cook and baker and this has got to be one of the worse cookie sheets I've ever owned. My cookies also came out undercooked in the center and then browned too dark when I added extra time, just like another reviewer. A disaster. I'll go back to the old way of cutting cookies out with cutters. It works much better than this pan did. A real disappointment and waste of money.

VERY cute set! I love that I get 12 different designs. I've used it with cookies, and it's not quite as non-stick as I would like, but with a little extra attention with the spray, they pop right out. My children love making cookies with this at Christmas!

Really didn't care for this product, prefer regular Cooke utters. Thought this made cookies a little greasy. I squally cook them on parchment paper and prefer the way they comeout
