These mini-molds hold one cup, as needed for my recipe. The cakes baked evenly and came out easily - and the scallop detail was evident.

I have used this pan half a dozen times and each time it has made beautiful, evenly baked cakes. I did have an issue with the cakes sticking when I used butter and flour, but Pam has a baking cooking spray with flour in it that works wonderfully and prevents the cakes from sticking. I used the pan last night to make dessert for a dinner party and the little cakes were a real crowd pleaser.

The wilton bundt pan made was easy to use. The cakes unmolded beautifully with detail intact. I did have left over batter that I used in an oversized muffin tin and made six oversized cakes, I am going to order another mini bundt pan. I find the spray with the flour in it, like Baker's joy, works best. the pan is nicely constructed and gave me even baking, no weird hot spots and my cakes look like what I see in bakeries.

*edited to add that for most bundt recipes you really need two of these.

Wilton Excelle Elite 6-Cup Mini Fluted Pan, great pan makes perfect size small cake for two people. They are lovely filled with fruit and whip cream. The pans did not stick with a bit of oil and flour.

Perfect for Paula Dean's miniature pineapple upside down cakes. Easy to use and the shape is perfect.

I've been looking for something different to make other than large bundt cakes and muffins and this fills the bill. I've made carrot cake, pumpkin pound cake, and banana, blueberry, cherry, chocolate chip mini bundts. Nothing has stuck to these mini bundts.

They really look beautiful when presented on a serving tray. Just a little powdered sugar and they're beautiful. Just the right size for one or a few bites to share.

this was used right after arriving and cleaned up very easily i was impressed at the weight and feel of this pan and feel that it will last a very long time well worth the price

Couldn't find a 6 section Bundt pan anywhere in town. Just ordered my second Wilton and love it. Makes great Mini Rum Cakes and the recipe for a full size just fits in the 6 sections.
Easy clean up and perfect cakes.

I purchased this baking pan because my daughter-in-law had one and while visiting with her, I used it to make some individual cakes to give to some birthday children and also to a teacher. The cakes turned out beautifully, did not stick to the pan as I sprayed the insides lightly with oil. I also sprinkled them with powdered sugar. They made fun, individual gifts when put in a small clear plastic bag tied with a ribbon

I made blueberry bundt cakes with these... lots of 'em. They turned out great and didn't stick to the pan at all. Worth every penny.
