Great quality - heavy aluminum, doesn't warp when cooking. Great, old-fashioned style that doesn't burn the bottom of your cookies, like the nonstick pans do. Would definitely recommend them.

Love, love, love these cookie sheets!! The larger size is perfect for my en masse baking and I love the the way the lighter aluminum bakes everything evenly - no dark, overbaked cookie bottoms, etc. Would definitely buy again. Tossed out most of my old cookie sheets and have now replaced them with these.

This is the very best cookie sheet you will ever use. Easy to clean, never warps, and you can bake larger batches at a time. Perfect browning of even the most delicate cookies. Buy several if you bake lots of cookies.!!!

This is the best cookie sheet on the market. I have several of the older, smaller cookie sheets but these are superior to my older ones. Wilton just makes great products.

I have been baking for more than 30 years, many of them with cheap, shoddy pans that frustrated me no end with baking too fast, too slow, overbrowning, sticking, warping, etc. Since getting my first Wilton pan, I have replaced every baking pan in my kitchen with Wilton. As other reviewers said, the size of this pan lets you make short work of a batch of cookies. If you have one oven, get one pan to bake and one to be filling. If you have double ovens, get three. They'll be all you need and you can knock out a batch of cookies in well under an hour start to finish. These pans make perfect, uniform cookies everytime, and are very easy to clean. I sincerely doubt I will ever need another.
Oh, and your favorite bride will thank you for getting these instead of the cheap ones she probably registered for.

These are fantastic cookie sheets. I received two as a gift--I had other aluminum bakeware and I specifically requested aluminum, uncoated cookie sheets. These ones are great, because they hold a ton--twice as much as usual cookies sheets--and they clean up so easily. I don't even use parchment paper anymore become the cookies come off so easily and clean up is so easy. Once you start using professional grade aluminum bakeware, you won't go back to coated non-stick bakeware again.

I just received this as a birthday gift. I LOVE IT! I want to get another one because it is so great (I have 6 other cookie sheets with teflon). Things don't stick, great big size, easy to clean.

These sheets clean up easily, are durable and large, and I get relatively even cooking from them. My breads don't stick to these sheets like they normally do when baked on steel sheets. When centered in my oven, I have a few inches of space between the oven walls and the edges of the sheets. This maximizes the usable oven space while still allowing heat to flow around the oven interior.

Although I don't seem to get too many extra cookies on these sheets, they work great. I have had perfectly browned bottoms since switching to Wilton pans.

I got the silpat silicone sheets for baking and heard that an uninsulated pan was recommended. I belief I read this on their website. Alas, I searched amazon high and low and read numerous reviews. I am very happy with this cookie sheet. In conjunction with the silpat mats, they are a perfect combo for anything that can be cooked on a sheet.

Heavy duty, reminds me of the industrial sheets that were in my fraternity house back in the day. Nice and large as well. In fact, a little bigger than I expected. But the dimensions are right there, so it shouldn't take you by surprise that much.
