***Update pan is great for making silver dollar pancakes in the oven. I just used regular pancake mix and baked them for about 9-11 minutes. The first batch turned out a little too puffy because I filled the cavities too high but the kids still ate them! :) The next batch I filled less and they turned out perfect. I always have a problem makeing pancakes in a frying pan because they either over cook or under cook. These came out perfect and they were all the same size and I had a dozen hot pancakes all at the same time! I also tried this with the Wilton cookie pan for pancakes in Christmas shapes. I'm going to make these for Christmas breakfast. :)
This pan is great for making whoopie pies and muffin tops. I have made sweet and savory whoopie pies and my family loved them. Recipes are on the pan and I also bought the whoopie pie book for more ideas. My favorites are the chocolate whoopie pie with marshmallow filling and the jalapeno cornbread whoopie pie with cream cheese filling.

I love this pan for pre-making Green Chili Eggs with spinach(similar recipe found at [...] ). I bake my eggs in this pan, then freeze them. They're great for busy mornings. (Microwave for 30 seconds & serve on 1/2 toasted english muffin.) The circle size is perfect for english muffins. I'm buying at least one more, maybe 3 (speed up the baking process). (Recipe works well with muffin tins too!)
Love my Whoopie Pie Pan!! One day, I may actually use it for Whoopie Pies. Until then, it's used for pre-making breakfasts. yay! =)

I really enjoy using this pan. I recently made mini pizza crusts for individual pizzas. The pan worked really well. No sticking and even cooking. I want to buy one more. I came back and decide to add to this review. I use this pan for so many different things. I use it for egg dishes,low carb bread just about anything you can bake it works for.

I bought this so I could make egg cheese and ham breakfast sandwiches and then freeze them for my kids busy school mornings. they work perfectly - crack one egg in each and bake for 10 min. it makes them the right thickness and size to match up with the english muffins. Then in the morning I just microwave them for 30-60 seconds and a yummy warm breakfast is served. The eggs never stick and I have never used any cooking spray. I love this pan!

During the holiday season I made some Florentine cookies which are easy but fussy b/c they spread out while baking and never are round, but amoeba shaped. I thought of these pans and put the cookie mix into the wells to contain the shape and they were shaped round and didn't bake into one another. Think out of the box and you will use these for more than just whoopie pies.
