These are just what I was looking for. They are made nicely and the metal is a good weight (not flimsy like some others I have seen). I am using these in a commercial kitchen and the have been working just fine.

I purchased the tartlet pans on a Saturday, and they were on my door step by Tuesday...I was expecting to be disappointed (I rarely purchase items off of ebay, amazon, yahoo, etc), but to my surprise they were exactly what I wanted them to be. They are made of an excellent material and the finish is superb...The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars is because I'm a cheapy...The price could have been lower, or they could have thrown in an extra pan, but all in all, I would recommend this product to any and everyone...GOOD JOB WILTON, and AMAZON for the speedy delivery!!!

The pans look great: well made w/ a nice finish.
Unfortunately, they're not the stated size. The box is even printed with the following description: Set of four 4 x 3/4" quiche/tart pans. We bought these for a bakery business to permit expanded production. We needed 4 x 3/4 inch pans. These measure 4 and 3/4" across the top, and 4 1/4" across the bottom. So nowhere can u get or justify a measurement of 4". The depth is indeed 3/4". Unbelievable. How can u be in the business of manufacturing and sales, and not accurately measure your product. Thanks for nothing Wilton and Amazon. The pans are probably suitable for an apple tart, but are too large for sweet cream fruit tarts. We'll have to decide whether to hassle w/ returns, or repurpose them for other product. Do u think someone making and selling a product could measure it twice b4 advertising it? Unbelievable. And lame.
