Great spring time cookie pan. The cookies slide right out of the pan when you follow the instructions of
greasing and flouring the pan. No need to re-grease with each batch but you need to re-flour (the cookies leave
behind enough grease to allow this. The cookies are fun to make and a lot easier than rolling and cutting out
the cookie dough.

My husband is gluten sensitive and dairy sensitive and diabetic. That means that I can't buy him much candy off the shelf. I bought this mold to make him candies for an Easter basket with homemade candies that he can actually eat. It worked well. I filled them and was able to pop most of the candies out with hardly any effort. They look good (and taste good, but that's my recipe!).

These are great for cookies, biscuits or cakes. I didn't have to use butter or oil to line the pan. The baked goods easily popped out. Much easier than rolling dough and using cookie cutters.

Just purchased this pan and followed the directions on the package for making the cookies. The cookies came out brown and were a pain to get in the pan. Thought it may have been cooking spray (recipe) but tried next 2 batches without and were still brown in spots. I checked the Wilton website and they use the "roll out cookie" recipe for this pan. I will try this next time. Great pan, just need to perfect the recipe and have lots of time to bake.
