ASG keeps getting better and better with each new album. "Win Us Over" is hard-driving rock with a southern flair.

Just saw these guys play at the Jinx in Savannah with Weedeater. Bought the CD from them their. Lots of great Guitar work on this CD.

in my head now i am comparing the live show with the recorded cd. I will have to say i love the cd. But , there was something about the live show awesomeness that did not stick to the tape when they recorded this.

but where many bands like north mississippi allstars screw up by stealing too directly from the Allman brothers. with ASG it is just the first step into their music. Love it and can't wait until they come back around live.

Givin North Carolina some love is what ASG is doin!!! Awesome riffs. Any headbanger would love these guys! They contribute to the fact that the best music is INDIE!

Ballad of Richard K - one of the best songs I've heard this year.

I recently saw ASG on the Volcom tour, opening for Motorhead. I had never heard of them before, but watched them nevertheless. They were the first band to play. I was blown away... Their music reminds me of Kyuss, The Sword, but with a much "cleaner" sound. Heavy, but not just muddy noise. Volcom was giving away a sampler at the shows and as soon as I heard "Low-End Insight" I was hooked and knew I had to buy the disc. If you are a fan of stoner/sludge rock, buy this disc. Great songwriters, original music. I hope these guys get more attention- they definitely deserve it!

This album rules! I have played it over and over for a month now, it hasn't left my disc changer. I have three albums by these guys and all of them are great from the first track thru the end. I definitely recomend this album and any of the others by ASG, I also recomend checking them out live. They put on a killer show and are all nice guys.
