We got this for our daughter for Christmas 2009. She didn't start using it 'till spring. She loves it, and it is one of her fave toys. She takes good care of it. Suddenly, the "3" stopped working. I got rid of the paperwork that came with it. So, I'm looking on-line for info, in case there is a warranty, as it is less than a year old. I am just hoping the other buttons don't stop working as well.

My son received this as a gift for Christmas 2009 and it's been 9 months and it's not working now. Not sure if my almost 2 yr old dropped it (which is possible) or if it stopped working due to quality issues - i have no idea. My son can be rough on his toys. When it was working it was one of his favorite toys. My son was slow to talk and this helped him alot - he said many news words using this. So for that reason I love it and would recommend it. it does so much and we didn't even get to do most of the functions since he's so little, we just stuck to the sounds and object functions. Great laptop - just wish it would have lasted longer for us.
