I was looking for a headlamp because the one I have just quit working, the cheap ones you can buy at Home Depot or any hardware store for around $11.00. I just happen to check out Amazon for a headlamp, and this one came up for $10.00 shipped. Well after I received it, I knew this item was a bargain for $10.00. Made very well, and plus you have 3 different lights to choose from.

Functional, light weight functional take anywhere headlamp. The Headlamp itself is very Comfortable to wear, and is plenty bright to work on things at night. The pen light if you have to view subjects over great distances, this type of light is not the right choice because it produces a wider angle of view. If you need a more pointed view, then this is not for you. The Krypton Tacti-Light is very functional too. Overall Good product! Everything came just as described.

A great 3 pack portable lighting combo for under $20 -- that's tough to beat!

I bought this kit just for the headlamp, so I haven't any experience with the other two lights. The headlamp is okay. Bulkier than my old Petzl Tikka, and I think dimmer as well. The red mode is narrower and dimmer than I some others I've seen with a similar style. Overall, not great, but the best price I've found for a white/red LED headlight.

Bought this on sale, really just interested in the headlamp. But all work awesome (stock up on AAA batteries, you need 3 for each thing). Only gripe (minor) is that to get to the red night vision light you have to light up the very bright normal led's first. But I love the headlamps (I bought 2 sets, 1 for the boy). and the penlight has been very handy too.

I got this on the $10 deal in late November. I'm glad it was only $10 - or $3.33/light.

Actually, it isn't THAT bad. But it's no $40 set. Or even $20. The headlamp is nice. Only downside is it uses AAA batteries - not something I carry a lot of. Most of my stuff is CR123 or AA. But a bright light and comfy on my head. Worth the $10 by itself given other brands are 15-30.

The penlight is bright for it's bulb-size. LED. Would be good for gunshows and such. (Why is it the best stuff is in the darkest corners?) And for when my wife is walking at night in the neighborhood. Batt's probably last a decent while since it's LED and uses 3 AAA's.

The regular light? Chuck it. Terrible beam. I think it's Krypton bulb so I can't imagine the battery-life is that long. (3 AAA's batteries?) And it aint' that bright to begin with. Like 1/3 as bright as a full Surefire. With terrible beamcast. And no ability to focus without unscrewing the bezel defeating the minimal water-resistance. It basically focuses 3" away from the front. So if you're 99% blind and need a light, yer in. Bleech.

But $10 for the headlamp was a decent deal, and the penlight was a free bonus at that price. The regular light? X-mas gifts to people I don't like, perhaps.

I paid $9.99 for this, and it's getting returned. The main light was dim for 2 seconds, then it died. The headlight is very dim as well, with little usable light. The penlight was fairly good, but not enough to make up for the rest of garbage in this set.

Some companies should be careful about the products they put their name on.

Bought these for Christmas presents and was disappointed to see that one pen light didn't work even after changing batteries.

product set 5 stars now- good quality and value- seller stands
behind merchandise.
