This is not the seller's fault, but the spindle has a rubber tip which makes it impossible to stab receipts. If you remove the rubber tip the spindle is dull, making it hard to stab receipts!

This ia a great idea for all your receipts instead of overstuffing your purse. You'll definitely never lose another one. The only change I would make is to have the tip less sharp and therefore no need for the rubber protective tip which makes a larger hole in the receipt and is a pain to keep removing and replacing.
