The illustrations are as soft as cotton. The details in the illustrations will keep you and your child seeking and searching. The stories are enchanting and unique with "Old World" charm.

What a delightfully happy story for children. Eileen's writing opens up all kinds of things to discuss with children as you read to them. In this book both the wisdom and fancy of a fantasy queen infect her people with a new way of thinking. The entire kingdom learns to dance and in so doing produces more than they could ever use so they send what's left to help a darker kingdom. Beautiful story for tough times.
