Product Description

This is a tree like palm with distinctive hairy fibers covering its graceful trunk. Large fan like leaves make an attractive compact crown. This palm only grows to about 25-30', so it is good for garden or patio -- especially effective grouped near pools. It's hardy to about 15 degrees. As an added benefit, the fronds have no thorns, so it's safer for children to be around. Slower growing, so great for containers on sunny porch, patio, or deck.

Windmill Palm is a great Palm for the NY area. With some winter protection, (such as a Burlap wrap) you will enjoy a tropical look up North.
