The information I got out of this book could be put in one paragraph. The book repeats information again and again. Unless you know nothing about windows 7 this probably won't give you a lot of information.

The book is badly out of date, with almost no useful information.
It was a total waste of money for me.

This book is really useless. It appears to be a disjointed, disorganized collection of numerous brief 1 page articles about some aspect of Windows 7, written over a period of time, many on the same subject, just repeating themselves with only slight variation, with all of the entries being very superficial. It really looks like someone just copied a whole bunch of blog entries and packaged them together as a book!

You could get more useful info about Windows 7 from almost any of the "Windows 7 Review" articles that have appeared in most computer magazines, at 1/5 the cost and 1/100 of the page length!
