This remote is way better than I expected. I thought it would only work with Windows Media Center but it also works with GOM Player. I can pause, forward, rewind my videos, etc. This is besides the fact that I can use it as a mouse while I am sitting down far away from the computer and I can manuever to anywhere on the computer I need to go. Great remote and good price. I will buy more of these remotes.

Absolutely perfect. It is running in an old Dell desktop that I stuck a Hauppage receiver card in. Card's IR failed to recognize channel numbers and some other IR signals. The Microsoft unit fixed it all.

I ordered this item Sunday night, Monday I got the confirmation email, Wednesday the product arrived. This was with "standard shipping" - I was expecting it to take at least a week if not more. Talk about quick service!

As far as the product itself is concerned, everything works as advertised. Plugged in the remote receiver, Vista detected it, installed drivers automatically (I was concerned since the packaging contained no software, no worries its driver is already built into Vista). All the functions on the remote worked first try.

I would highly recommend both this product and this company if you want a functional remote for Vista's Media Center.
