This work shows how to produce commercial-quality graphics from the new generation of Windows graphic production software, including CorelDRAW and Corel PhotoPAINT. Adopting a hands-on, practical approach to producing images, it includes discussions of colour separation, page imposition, typography, the differences between working on a screen and on paper, how various printing technologies affect the final output, and when and how to use a service bureau. The disk includes the shareware version of the Windows Graphics Workshop that can translate graphic files among the popular bitmapped formats supported by Windows.
