About the Author

Andrew S. Britt has taught classes in Maya since it was originally released. He taught 3D animation and video editing at The Academy of Art College in San Francisco, and he is now director of the Digital Visual Media department at Ex'pression Center for New Media in Emeryville, CA. Andrew holds a degree in film from New York University, and his short films have been shown in festivals around the world. Danny Riddell has taught Maya and Macromedia Flash for several years in both corporate and college environments. He founded and served as director of the Web Design and Development department at Ex'pression Center for New Media in Emeryville, CA. He also served as associate director of the 3D Animation department at Ex'pression. Danny now runs his own design firm, Riddell Design Group (www.riddelldesign.com), and continues to train and write tutorials.
