2.0 out of 5 stars Not in depth enough for the serious administrator, August 24, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Windows NT® Server 4.0 Administrator's Bible (Paperback)
While this book touches on a lot of subjects, it covers very few in depth, and skips over some altogether. With the wealth of NT books out there, a serious NT user or administrator should look elsewhere.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must!! in todays networking enviroment, February 17, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Windows NT® Server 4.0 Administrator's Bible (Paperback)
As a new comer to Windows NT, I found this to be the best written, and most easy to read text on Windows NT. The amount of pages seems overwhelming at first, but to my surprise I read most of it within a week and shortly thereafter installed and configured my firts NT Server, and added and managed user accounts. Examples are clear and to the point. Your library will not be complete without it. Buy this book and avoid spending thousands on courses. You'll be glad you did.

2.0 out of 5 stars Bad Book, March 17, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Windows NT® Server 4.0 Administrator's Bible (Paperback)
This book is great for someone who will first see and use Windows NT Server 4.0, but for someone who has already worked with NT will find this book very unusable.
