The eITPrep MCSE Windows 2000 Server Exam Preparation Course is designed to prepare students and technicians for the Microsoft 70-215 Windows 2000 Server exam, which is one of the Core exams involved in achieving the Windows 2000 MCSE certification.
eITPrep's Test Prep Guide covers the following 70-215 Windows 2000 Server exam topics:
We at eITPrep are confident that you will be thoroughly prepared for exam success.
Our Test Prep Guide provides you with easy access to content areas and the ExamGear simulation software included on the CD-ROM. ExamGear is a custom developed set of fully functioning software applications, and in conjunction with this Test Prep Guide provides you with a wealth of on-target study materials.
This book condenses the material associated with the Microsoft 70-215 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Windows 2000 Server exam into a neat little handbook to make your life easier as you prepare for the 70-215 MCSE Server examination. It presents only the material that is relevant for the exam, and eliminates any underlying "theory" material that is not related to the exam.
When using this test preparation tool, you must remember that we have provided only the information necessary to pass the examination. What does this mean? Well, it means that you should pass the test, but may not have a detailed understanding of the subject. Ideally, the people who should use this book are those who are already working with Windows 2000 Server but haven't passed the test yet. This book will provide you with the exam-specific knowledge you need to successfully take the test.
Getting an MCSE certification will open many doors to you that were previously closed. If you don't have any experience, but you want to get into the IT field, you may want to use this book to challenge the exam, and then try to get the job that you want. Afterward, you should be able to get the experience needed to keep the job through on-the-job training.
Don't worry if you feel like a "paper MCSE." Put first things firstpass the test, then go out and get that 30-pound technical book to help you prepare for the real world. After all, how does anybody get experience with operating systems and networks if they are not given the opportunity to try? HOW TO USE THIS BOOK
You might ask yourself, "How do I use this Pass IT book?" Well, the explanation is simple. We have designed this book for anyone to study and take the 70-215 Server examination and will give you pointers throughout the text.
First, review the chapter objectives, and then read the chapter. Then back to the chapter objectives to see if you can remember the material covered, and read the chapter again. The more times you expose yourself to information, the better the chance that information will remain in your long-term memory.
Each chapter begins with an introduction. This introduction basically takes the objectives and defines them in easy-to-understand terms. As we discuss material you will see some of the information highlighted in bold italic letters with an "*" preceding it. Pay very close attention to this information. The likelihood of seeing this information on the test is very high. Not only do we highlight the really important information, but we also place this information in what we call an Exam Tip. An Exam Tip is just that, a tip to pass the exam. Sometimes we also include a Note to help you further understand the information.
Most chapters also contain a number of special Challenge items that simulate the types of situations that Microsoft likes to use in its exam questions. Solutions for these Challenges are provided at the end of the chapter.
Finally, we have created questions at the end of each chapter to jog your memory. These are important questions because they concentrate on the subject areas that are tested on the 70-215 MCSE Server examination. The questions are only samples that closely resemble actual test content. This book is accompanied by an additional comprehensive 70-215 Server test bank that is packaged with the book. The CD testing material was developed to simulate the MCSE Certification Exam testing process and contains materials that allow students to complete practice tests, determine their weak points, and study more strategically. I tell you this: You will not be unprepared when it comes time to take the real test.
Now, take the test and good luck!
After you take the test, I would appreciate an email at admin@eitprep.com. Your input will be used to make this book better. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Great Series,

This review is from: MCSA/MCSE Windows 2000 PASS-IT(70-215) Exam Preparation (It Certification Series) (Paperback)
I took the Professional test using the Pass-it book and passed easily. I tested last week using the Server Pass-it with a 900. This author does a good job giving you what is (subject wise) on the test. Two months ago I used the CCNA Pass-it. I have just purchased the Windows 2000 Infra Pass-it and will report my progress here>

This review is from: MCSA/MCSE Windows 2000 PASS-IT(70-215) Exam Preparation (It Certification Series) (Paperback)
I am a computer professional and I have always had problems taking any test. I ordered this book and read it from cover to cover. I scheduled the test and passed with a 900. It must have been this book that covered only the material I needed. I was so please with this author's style that I just purchased the 2000 Professional PASS-IT by the same author. If this one works out I see this same guy has just done another one on CCNA and 2000 Infastructure. Let you all know.

This is the first MCSE examination that I took. I thought the test was going to be hard. But this book only included what I needed to pass the test. Because all the filler was left out I was able to concentrate on the important stuff. Easy to read and I passed with flying colors. Wish there were more from this author.
