The Windows Server 2008 Resource kit has tremendous ammounts of detail into how the difference aspects of Windows actually works. This is a great way to study for the MCITP exams when used in conjunction with the Training Kits for each exam. If you really want to get to know Windows Server 2008, this is the product to buy. Amazon has this product for so much less than the retail price and unless you buy it used, you won't find it cheaper anywhere. The CD includes a wealth of information, scripts, templates and even a PDF copy of each book. There is also a PDF copy of two more books and several chapters from several other books. The value is unmatched.

the books were amazing and also comes with full entire PDFs versions too, its excellent if you have an ipad
and not charge the books in your hand, it looks much more easier to carry

thanks a lot amazon

it's a great resource of information, but you have to buy the study guides (--2nd edition of MCITP SELF PACED TRAINING KIT BOOKS-- in conjuction with this resource

REMEMBER, its has to be 2nd Edition because its based on WIN SERVER 2008 R2, R2, its the current version, and so on, you need to stay current with the study guides

Another thing, this books (THE RESOURCE KIT), will not get you pass any exam its has all the information that the study guides does't have

think it like this:

lets Define the word CLASS to any Microsoft Cert. you want

The RESOURCE KIT BOOKS = (equals)TO the CLASS (you are taken ALL THE DEEP INFORMATION)
And The Training KIT BOOKS = (equals) TO a study guide for the (Class's exam you taken)
