I bought this for a friend who recently purchased a PC but kept calling me for instructions on almost everything he was doing. I went over some of the video with him and it's definitely what he needs to get a good understanding of what Windows does. It's not going to get him A+ certified but for what I paid for this, I think it's great. The DVD also teaches basics of Office apps and includes steps on how to enable folder sharing which I thought was pretty cool. The fact that it's in Spanish was also a big plus because although my friend's English is great, it's still his second language. I've forwarded the Amazon link for this product to a few other friends and family members. I'm hoping this helps decrease the amount of "help desk" calls I currently get. :)
