Billy the Windspinner is all that was promised--and more! My grandson (nine years old) and I watched him whip around in a wind-blown rain storm a few days ago as if he were readying to fly! Everything was flapping in the wind! We laughed, giggled, and laughed some more as we stared in amazement through the patio window at this whirling object trying to make up his mind what he wanted to do. His head swirls around in the slightest wind current. His "hair," arms, and body move with the least resistance! He is almost constantly in some state of motion. Great for my grandson and his garden! No bird-pecked vegetables since Billy came to town! Besides, he's got character! The kind you find yourself talking to when nobody's around! What a charming addition to a residential landscape--and he's there to stay!
