We received this unit with two lower shelves instead of one middle and one lower one.

The drawings on the assembly instructions are not very clear. They manual comes with a form to request, via mail only, any missing part for free but there is no telephone number to contact the manufacturer at all.

Based on our experience, we don't recommend buying this product because of the poor customer support and lack of Quality Control.

The unit is nice and we still like it. We are just waiting for the missing shelf.

Winsome 94441 Walnut Beechwood WINE CABINET GLASS 20 BTL

This came in less than a week. It was fairly well-packaged. It claims to have a dark walnut stain but I'd call it more of medium oak with a little red in it. My husband assembled it by himself in less than an hour. He did use his electric screwdriver, but one could have used the enclosed tool and gotten the same results in more time. Everything seems to fit well. Other than a little fussing to make sure the backing was securely in the slots, it was a breeze to assemble. It's solid wood except the wine rack part. It has a sleek look, feels sturdy, and for the money, we are both impressed.

I was very impressed by the sturdiness and sheer weight of this piece of furniture. it is a dark, rich brown and adds a sophisticated look to any room. Besides very basic instructions, it only took me about an hour to put together by myself, even though it says it takes two people. The drawer is a bit of a disappointment as it has wooden runners and not metal, which would be beneficial to this item as it is very sticky to pull the drawer out. The poor drawer setup is the reason I rated this a four and not a five. However, I plan on sanding down the runner to take the veneer off, hoping that this may be causing the stickiness when sliding the drawer in and out. So this may be solvable. The size was a little taller than I expected, however it fits nicely in the small space against the wall I was trying to fill. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.
