This book also has some good recipes for making liquors from extract as well as from scratch. There are more recipes in the book that are pretty interesting like Hot mulled Cider, Soda making, Soy sauce, vinegar and Judy's Veggie pack.

About the Author
Judy Charland has been making Wine, Mead, Beer and other adult beverages for about 19+ years. She has made Wine from just about anything you could imagine, some excellent and some, well lets say it made a good marinate, like her onion wine. Judy is a Certified Wine Judge as well as a Beer Judge. She is a member of the Florida Grape Growers Association, The Brewers Guild, The Home Wine and Beer Trade Association. She has won many 1st place Blue Ribbons, Gold Medals, Bronz Medals, and best of show at the Jacksonville Fair in "98". Most of all Judy loves what she does.

Wine and Beer making made easy,

Making wine was much easier that I ever thought it could be. This book took me step by step, and now I am drinking the best Wine ever made and didn't cost me an arm and a leg to make. Plus it's all natural without any sulfites (Which give me a headache). There are all kind of recipes in this book, From Apple wine to Tomato wine. Beer, Mead and Liquors recipes are also included in this book to. I'm going to try the beer next.
