I really, really want to give this five stars because the recipes sound devine. However, the ingredient measurements are somewhat vague. One recipe calls for a bowl of sliced bananas. Is this a big bowl, small bowl, or what? One banana or five? A lot of recipes call for"a glass" of an ingredient. Is this a wine glass or an 8 oz glass? I get what he says about adjusting the recipes to suit your taste, especially in regards to the wine. I strongly encourage the author to clarify the measurements. It's hard to know how to adjust the amounts when you aren't certain of the starting point. That's my only issue with the book. I had never heard of wine milkshakes or smoothies, so this is a real treat. I'm just going to guess the amounts that are vague (not all of them are), do some further reading, and experimenting. Maybe I can figure it out. I don't want to discourage anyone from downloading this. I just want to let you know the recipes sound great, but be prepared to play around with the measurements and write down what works.
