This is a light-hearted yet extremely informative little book about wine -- well structured, compiled, and divided up into short little snippets of facts about wine as well as stories ranging from the history of the famed First Growths of Bordeaux to what kind of wine was featured in James Bond films. This book is a must-have for any wine lover.

A Wine Miscelleny is a delightful and serious book, a rare combination. It is composed of short sections that have been thoughtfully assembled by an author of considerable literary skill. Every section contains at least one interesting fact about wine that is information worth knowing. I send several copies to friends this holiday season. |
